• 【The detail of tuition payment 】
  By each payment due date, please complete paying school expenses and submit your enrollment documents to us. We do not accept cash.
  (To those who take exam scheduled from Mar., 5th to Mar., 26th, the payment due dates will come soon.)
  ※If you cannot meet the payment due date, your enrollment to EHLE Institute might be cancelled.

• 【The certificate of admission and the documents regarding the extension of student visa】
  After we have confirmed the complete of your first 6-months school expenses and your attendance rate as of the end of February or the latest, then we will send you the certificate of admission and the documents regarding the extension of student visa.
  ※Students those who changed their address after submitting an application documents to EHLE, must submit a copy of resident card and the form of address registration. Without doing this, the letter from EHLE Institute to you will be lost, and you cannot get the certificate of admission.
  ※ Under the certain circumstances, your enrollment to EHLE Institute might be cancelled such as: If your attendance rate of Japanese language school does not reach to 85% or you cannot extend your ” Permission to Engage in Activity Other than that Permitted by the Status of Residence Previously Granted” due to overwork.
• 【The refund of tuition】
  Regarding enrollment’s cancel and the whole school expense (6-months tuition and the miscellaneous fee), you can get a refund of 6-months tuition and the miscellaneous fee if you notify us your cancellation by 16:30 on March 31st, 2022 (Thu.). However, 70,000 JPY (Registration fee) cannot be refunded.

  We will send you (prospective students) by the end of March.
