The methods of exam
- Taking exam at EHLE Institute：To those who come to EHLE Institute to take exam.
- Online exam：Only available for the one who has fulfilled the condition written below and been the resident other than Osaka, Hyogo, Kyoto, Nara, Shiga, Wakayama prefectures.

Those who have the score, higher than 200 points on EJU Japanese Test.
(Except the score of EJU Japanese Writing) on 2020 official EJU certificate,
2021 official EJU certificate, or 2021 EHLE’s EJU mock test. ※Applicants for The University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, Osaka University Course must submit the score of TOEFL or TOEIC, in addition to the EJU Japanese score written above. |

Regarding the date of entrance exam, application deadlines, the announcement date of the test result
●Notification
- Please refer to the chart of the application deadlines (both coming to EHLE or sending by mail). We only accept your application if we receive your documents by 16:30 on each deadline.(The admission office closes during new years’ break, on Sunday and national holidays)
- If your application documents are incomplete, you cannot take the exam on the day you want to take.
- No matter what department or course you choose, you cannot reapply and retake EHLE’s entrance exam.
- If you want to change the test day or the course, please inform us by 16:30 on each application deadline.
- On the day of each application deadline, EHLE’s admission office will be very crowded. Under this circumstance, if you have documents’ incompleteness or a lack, you cannot take exam on the day you want to take. Likewise, we will also stop accepting application after it exceeds the quota of the students. Please prepare your application documents beforehand, and apply earlier.
- If you have not received the letter of the test result by each announcement date, please contact us by phone.(Contact：06-6647-0018)
Until the announcement date of the test result, we will not inform you the test result. - After you pass the entrance exam, then you cannot change your department or course.
