※Applicants for “The University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, Osaka University Course”, “National/Public University Preparatory Course”, “Famous Private University Preparatory Course”
must submit one among three written below
➀ a copy of 2020 official EJU certificate,
a copy of 2021 official EJU certificate, or a copy of 2021 EHLE’s EJU mock test score.
➁ If you have taken JLPT before, regardless of its result,
submit the copies of all of the JLPT official certificates (the one which has your name and score). |

※When you make a copy of your resident card, please print front face and back side.
In order to print whole information, place your student visa in the center of a copy machine.
※The address on your resident card should be updated to the actual situation, which means the address should be equal to the place you live right now. Then, it should be the same address on your application documents.
※Please fill in application document (1) whether you have the stamp of ”Permission to Engage in Activity Other than that Permitted by the Status of Residence Previously Granted” or not. |
